A leading long-term care provider in Salmon Arm is seeking a Resident Care Attendant. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities and personal care, ensuring a resident-centered approach. Candidates must be graduates of a recognized Health Care Assistant program and registered with the BC Care Aide registry. This position offers a chance to work in a supportive environment with fulfilling interactions with residents.

The Resident Care Attendant is responsible to the Executive Director or the Director of Care. They ensure and support the implementation and evaluation of the resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times.
