A community resource organization in Abbotsford, BC, is looking for a Residence Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations in care homes. This role involves staff supervision, implementing service plans, and ensuring a safe care environment for children and youth with complex needs. Candidates should have relevant education, supervisory experience, and be committed to diversity and inclusion in service delivery.
The Residence Coordinator plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of one or more SHSS staffed homes, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for children and youth with complex needs. The role includes frontline staff supervision, implementation of SHSS Service Plans, coordination of household needs, and support for documentation and licensing compliance. The Residence Coordinator promotes a safe, inclusive, and structured care environment that aligns with Pacific Coast’s values and the SHSS service model.
