Job summary

A local tourism company in Quebec is seeking a candidate to establish work schedules, assist clients with special needs, and manage bookings for package tours. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience, a secondary school diploma, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week, available in both English and French.

  • Establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work.
  • Maintain operation of systems and arrange repairs.
  • Receive and record bookings for package tours.
  • Maintain internal record-keeping system.
  • Greet people and direct them to service areas.
  • Answer inquiries from clients and personnel.
