A leading energy solutions provider in Calgary is looking for an R&D (Electrical / Mechanical) Technician. The role involves assembling complex components, performing functional tests, and ensuring the quality of the work. Candidates should have an associate’s degree, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Opportunities for flexible working patterns are available.
As an R & D (Electrical / Mechanical) Technician, you will assemble complex components per assembly drawings / bill of material. Perform functional testing on assemblies. Test assemblies per customer and/or division criteria. Operate test equipment in compliance with engineering standards. Set, calibrate and maintain assembly tools. Perform torquing of various components. Distribute quality notifications.
