A leading commercial real estate services firm in Toronto is seeking a Research Analyst to support the Industrial team. The role involves preparing research publications, monitoring market trends, and utilizing data tools. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree and at least 2 years of research experience, preferably in commercial real estate. As a Research Analyst supporting the Industrial team you are a curious person with a keen eye for detail. You are constantly learning trying to find the most efficient way to complete a process or make things simpler. You excel in managing multiple priorities and enjoy providing strategic insights on the market and enhancing Torontos research capacities.
Undergraduate degree required. Real Estate or Business post-secondary is an asset.
2 years experience in research role. Experience in commercial real estate preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including networking and relationship building ability
Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft 365 suites including Excel Word PowerPoint.
Experience in BI data visualization and GIS tools would be an asset.
Attention to detail and an ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
