CBRE is seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our Ottawa branch, supporting our Advisory Services team. This is a fully in-person role based at 340 Albert Street, ideal for someone located in Ottawa who thrives in a collaborative office environment. As a Research Analyst, you’ll play a key role in gathering and analyzing core commercial real estate data. Your insights will help shape the research materials that inform strategic decisions across our business. From market trends to property data, your work will directly support our brokers and clients with timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence.
