Irwin's Safety & Industrial Labour Services Ltd. is hiring Rescue Technicians in British Columbia for flexible, project-based work. The roles focus on rescue and recovery in confined spaces and high-angle situations across oil & gas and mining sectors.

Ideal candidates are experienced, safety-focused and hold valid rescue certifications. Wages range from $30–$35 per hour with LOA provided on applicable jobs and opportunities for overtime. Join a dynamic safety team in BC.

Qualifications

• Valid Confined Space Rescue ticket (minimum NFPA 1006).
• High Angle/Rope Rescue Operations level certification (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years rescue experience (5 years preferred).
• Experience in industrial safety, especially confined space.
• Experience with gas detectors (Industrial Scientific preferred).
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• IRATA rope access certification (asset).
• Valid confined space attendant ticket (preferred, training provided).
• NCSO and valid First Aid ticket (preferred).
