What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop new markets in various sectors and increase sales for existing customers.
- Follow up with customers and resolve equipment rental issues.
- Analyze customer needs and requirements, inform them about the available equipment and their features, and present customers with equipment rental solutions.
- Responsible for prospecting new customers on jobsites and offices to drive rental revenues within the established territories.
- Effectively manage and develop networking relationships.
- Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner including use of our CRM program.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary diploma an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in the equipment rental/construction related industry.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract. You will be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong prospecting and needs analysis skills.
- Strong drive for results and customer focus.
- Solid team player and self‑starter.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Available to work after working hours and on weekends if required.
- Bilingual in French and English required.
