Eastern Townships School Board is seeking a part-time mathematics teacher for Massey-Vanier High School (Cycle 2 Concomittance). The position runs from August 25, 2026 to June 29, 2027 at a workload of 40% under E3 contract.

Candidates must meet one of the specified qualifications, including a valid Quebec teaching authorization or enrollment in a Bachelor/Master of Teaching program, or a related bachelor's degree with relevant experience.

Formación

• Hold valid Quebec teaching authorization: brevet d’enseignement, teaching permit, or provisional authorization.
• Be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master of Teaching program at a Quebec university (proof of enrolment will be required).
• Hold a bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the subject to be taught combined with relevant experience working with young people or adults.
• For diplomas obtained abroad, the comparative evaluation of studies completed outside Quebec issued by the Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration attesting that you have a bachelor's degree is required.

Required qualifications

1. Hold (or be in the process of obtaining) a valid Quebec teaching authorization: teaching certificate (brevet d’enseignement), a teaching permit, or a provisional authorization.
2. Be enrolled in a Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching program at a Quebec university (proof of enrolment will be required);
3. Hold a bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the subject to be taught combined with relevant experience working with young people or adults.
