Position: Replenishment Supervisor (15 Month Contract)

Job Overview

As the Replenishment Supervisor, you will oversee the timely and efficient restocking of merchandise to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability. Youu2019ll play a key role in maintaining store readiness, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting sales goals through effective inventory management and team leadership.

Accountabilities
Forecasting and Replenishment
  • Oversee end-to-end replenishment for Warehouse Stocked and Flow SKUs
  • Optimize inventory levels at the DC and provide channel optimization recommendations
  • Approve purchase order spending and ensure accurate, timely replenishment based on sales trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of supply chain functions
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as fill rate, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and aged inventory
  • Ensure Analysts incorporate promotions, seasonality, and historical data into buying decisions
  • Maintain appropriate days of supply and minimize stockouts and overstocks
Leadership and People Management
  • Supervise, train, and schedule Replenishment Analysts
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity and accuracy
  • Foster a high-performing, engaged team that consistently delivers excellent customer service

  • Identify opportunities to automate purchasing processes and reduce manual entry
  • Lead and support system improvement initiatives

  • Resolve internal and external customer concerns with ownership and care
  • Ensure positive relationships across departments

What we are looking for
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain operations
  • 1u20133 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and forecasting tools
  • Knowledge of grocery retail business practices
  • Experience with data visualization tools is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
