Job summary

ACX Kildonan, part of AutoCanada Collision Centres, is seeking a Repair Technician in Winnipeg, MB to join our full‑time team with immediate hire. You will repair and restore vehicles following safety and quality standards, assess damage, plan work, and ensure high‑quality finishes.

Required are related post‑secondary training and a valid driver’s license; Red Seal and I‑CAR certifications are assets. You’ll work in a supportive environment with benefits and opportunities to grow your career at

Qualifications

• Red Seal certification would be considered an asset.
• Completion of a related post-secondary program and/or training.
• Knowledge of manufacturers' repair/refinishing processes.
• Ability to use selected vendor materials efficiently and cost-effectively.
• I-CAR certification training and I-CAR certification would be considered assets.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Review damage reports, prepare and review repair cost estimates and plan work to be performed.
• Perform quality repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Mask and tape, prime and paint body surfaces using tools such as spray guns and motorized sanders.
• Inspect repaired vehicles for proper completion, dimensional accuracy and paint appearance.

Classification: Full time, Immediate hire

ACX Kildonan is part of the AutoCanada Collision Centres network & a division of AutoCanada.

Your area of focus.

The Repair Technician is responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles that have been damaged in accidents or collisions. This includes inspecting and evaluating damage, removing and replacing damaged parts, repairing dents, refinishing surfaces, and ensuring all repairs meet safety and quality standards.

What drives your day-to-day?

• Review damage reports, prepare and review repair cost estimates and plan work to be performed
• Perform quality repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Mask and tape, prime and paint body surfaces, using tools such as paint spray guns and motorized sanders
• Inspect repaired vehicles for proper completion of work, dimensional accuracy, and overall appearance of paint job

What Are The Must-haves…
