Position Overview:

Working at our dynamic collision repair shop as the Repair Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is critical in acting as the liaison between the customer and the production team, ensuring the most positive service experience during a difficult and stressful time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all customers (phone, in-person, virtually) in a courteous, welcoming, and friendly manner
  • Meet with the customers who have repair estimate appointments
  • Review the damages on the vehicle with the customer and take the quality photos of the vehicle
  • Drive the vehicle back to the repair shop for an Estimator to estimate it
  • Bring the vehicle back up to the front and discuss the next steps to the customer
  • Monitor status of vehicles in repair and coordinate service updates with the production team
  • Proactively contact customers and provide repair updates throughout the process
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required
Qualifications:
  • Completion of post-secondary (college or university)
  • Valid G or G2 driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions
  • Automotive industry experience an asset, but not required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with basic understanding of automotive terminology
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and effective at time management
  • Reliable follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
