Job summary

Pure Flavor is seeking a Repack Clerk to perform data entry and related clerical duties in a refrigerated warehouse environment. The role involves recording time studies, inputting data on the FAMOUS system, and ensuring accurate labels with PO and destination details.

Candidates should be proficient in MS Office and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Hours vary with business needs; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years experience in record management preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA standards, GMP, Health & Safety, HACCP, PrimusGFS.

Responsibilities

• Record time studies for jobs by Repack crew.
• Input and output on FAMOUS for every job.
• Retrieve FAMOUS tags from pallets and record on repack sheet.
• Match PO numbers with orders and write customer details on labels.
• Monitor FAMOUS for new orders and update production board.
• Record lot codes for packaging materials for traceability.
• Assist production supervisor with clerical duties.
• Fill in as needed in other Document Technician roles.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
