Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in managing interior renovation works.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred.
• Minimum requirement 'O' Level or Nitec.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop are preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Great problem solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Overall project planning and daily management of renovation works.
• Project supervision from start till handover.
• Build good rapport and provide excellent customer service.
• Recommend appropriate solutions and ideas based on clients' needs.
• Schedule respective work trades for site coordination.
• Update project director and clients on project status daily.
