  • Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation and restoration projects
  • Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications
  • Ensure that construction permits are obtained
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans
