Job summary

The Byng Group is seeking experienced contractors to perform quality home repairs, remodeling, and improvement tasks in high-rise residential buildings across the London Area in Ontario. Candidates should bring hands-on experience with cabinetry, doors, painting, drywall, and flooring installations, plus the ability to manage on-site tasks and follow schedules.

Valid Ontario driver’s license and own tools are required; work sites span multiple buildings with on-site problem solving and

Qualifications

At least 3 years’ experience as a Contractor.
Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Able to problem solve on-site and off-site.
Own tools required (they are not supplied).
Ability to follow and complete a daily, weekly & monthly task schedule.

Responsibilities

Install vanity cabinets as part of renovations.
Install slab doors and sliding closet doors.
Install baseboard and quarter round.
Paint and drywall install and repairs.
Install closet shelves cut to size on-site.
Install laminate countertops and flooring (vinyl, laminate, hardwood).
Perform interior renovation tasks as needed.
