Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in renewables, power, or infrastructure debt capital markets.
Proven experience building and maintaining financial models.
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong data analysis capabilities.
Solid understanding of financial and banking processes.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain complex financial models to support project and corporate decision-making.
Coordinate due diligence efforts, including reviewing contracts and consultant reports.
Oversee loan administration for debt facilities, including agreement reviews.
Handle Letters of Credit from issuance to cancellation, ensuring accurate tracking.
Create and maintain secure data rooms, managing access and communications.
Liaise with financial institutions to manage company bank accounts.
Support cross-functional teams by providing timely financial information.
