Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Workplace Solutions Manager to serve as the primary liaison between client Business Units and internal Workplace Solutions teams in Toronto. You will translate business needs into workplace solutions, overseeing occupancy management, planning, drawings, interior design, and change initiatives while aligning with strategy and standards.

The role requires strong executive communication, collaboration across teams, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4 year Interior Design, Architecture or Project Management Degree or equivalent diploma with minimum 7-10 years of experience in a corporate environment with significant design, project planning and client relationship management experience.
• Knowledge of furniture systems and experience with workplace design is an asset.
• Excellent communications skills in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Foster executive-level client relationships and understand business unit needs.
• Oversee occupancy management, workplace planning, drawing management, and interior design activities.
• Coordinate with Move, Add and Change delivery teams and other cross-functional partners to ensure project success.
