Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Technology Services and/or Product.
• 10+ years in AI/ML with deep exposure in enterprise AI initiatives.
• Strong P&L ownership experience in technology services.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Toptal's AI/ML practice.
• Create services in LLM integration and AI strategy consulting.
• Lead market engagements to validate offerings.
