Trilingual (French, English and Arabic) Lifestyle Manager Fulltime – Permanent
Location: Canada (Hybrid or Remote)
Salary Range: $49K + annual bonus of $5,500 paid quarterly
Overall Salary: $54,500.00
Work Schedule
- Rotational Shifts: 5 days per week (e.g., Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday).
- Hours: 9-hour shifts including 1-hour lunch, between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (schedule posted 2 weeks in advance).
- Hybrid Work: Up to 60% remote if living near the office.
- Fully Remote Option: Available if not within commuting distance.
- Must have secure home office setup required with reliable high-speed internet.
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, professional, and committed Lifestyle Managers specializing in Luxury Lifestyle Management. In this role, you will leverage your expertise, contacts, and cultural knowledge to handle complex and interesting requests, delivering exceptional solutions to members in areas such as Travel, Retail, Entertainment, Restaurants, and Events. This position requires fluency in English, French, and Arabic, strong familiarity with the Middle Eastern market (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha), and the ability to provide outstanding, personalized service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Education/Experience
- Fluency in English, French, and Arabic (oral and written). Language testing will be required.
- Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern culture, events, and lifestyle trends.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, luxury customer service, concierge, or call center roles.
- Understanding of luxury clientele expectations and lifestyle.
- Background in guest relations, hotels, tourism, dining, or service‑oriented industries.
