Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years post-high school education preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Apple/Android tablets.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel 100% of the time; remote work may apply.

Responsibilities

• Schedule fire sprinkler inspections.
• Run tests on fire sprinkler systems and coordinate with fire department.
• Repair systems or inform Service Department of needs.
• Advise customers of test results and document findings.
• Maintain thorough documentation of service calls.
• Meet service calls efficiently and manage urgent situations.
