Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the aviation or security industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training and curriculum development role.
• Post Secondary diploma or degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Screening Officer training requirements.
• Coordinate training activities.
• Execute training and follow-up requirements.
• Design Return to Work Programs.
• Deliver resources for new SO orientation.
• Maintain and update the training database.
• Analyze trends in training outcomes.
• Monitor compliance with employee regulations.
