Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Level 3 Technology Architect to support engineering, design, integration, and operations of desktop COTS products across Windows 7 and Windows 10. The role is centered in Ottawa with remote work and occasional onsite supervision for sensitive environments.

The candidate will produce architecture and operation documents, collaborate with team leads and testers, and ensure adherence to corporate standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technology Architect or similar senior technical role.
• Expertise in desktop COTS product engineering, integration, and support for Windows 7/10.
• Strong writing skills for architecture documents and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user and technical requirements to determine features and functionality.
• Design, engineer, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain desktop COTS products.
• Drive best practices, quality, and consistency throughout design and integration phases.
• Follow established application life cycle methodologies and project plans.
• Identify and troubleshoot desktop issues in production and non-production environments.
• Develop and maintain architecture documents and operation procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide status updates.
