Job Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, design, and implement solutions using the employer's application suite
• Integrate the employer's application suite with third-party software interfaces
• Develop and maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures
• Lead or assist in training sessions with customers and provide implementation support
• Act as a liaison between the employer, customers, third-party vendors, and industry consultants

Qualifications

• College diploma or University degree in a related technical field (e.g., Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science)
• Strong grasp of SQL and one or more Enterprise Database Software (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
• Comfortable working in Linux and Windows environments
• Ability to travel in North America up to 30% of the time
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in software implementation
• Strong working knowledge of object-oriented design (C/C++ or Java)
• Previous experience in training customers and writing technical documents
• Previous experience in the Utilities industry
