Job Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, design, and implement solutions using the employer's application suite
- Integrate the employer's application suite with third-party software interfaces
- Develop and maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures
- Lead or assist in training sessions with customers and provide implementation support
- Act as a liaison between the employer, customers, third-party vendors, and industry consultants
Qualifications
- College diploma or University degree in a related technical field (e.g., Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science)
- Strong grasp of SQL and one or more Enterprise Database Software (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
- Comfortable working in Linux and Windows environments
- Ability to travel in North America up to 30% of the time
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in software implementation
- Strong working knowledge of object-oriented design (C/C++ or Java)
- Previous experience in training customers and writing technical documents
- Previous experience in the Utilities industry
