What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Gather requirements, design, and implement solutions using the employer's application suite
• Integrate the application suite with third-party software interfaces
• Develop and maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures
• Lead or assist in training sessions with customers and provide implementation support
• Act as a liaison between the employer, customers, third-party vendors, and industry consultants

What is Required (Qualifications)

• College diploma or University degree in a related technical field (e.g., Electric or Computer Engineering, Computer Science)
• Strong grasp of SQL and one or more Enterprise Database Software such as SQL Server or Oracle
• Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments
• Ability to travel in North America up to 30% of the time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
