Job summary

Earls Kitchen + Bar is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to join our Technology team in Edmonton, AB. You will diagnose and troubleshoot issues, support a wide range of systems, and design long-term solutions to keep Earls restaurants running smoothly.

Qualifications

1 year of technical support experience preferred.
Familiar with Google Workspace, OS, Android, Windows, and networking fundamentals.
Hospitality or retail experience is a plus.
Degree in IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for support requests via email and phone; provide Level 1 troubleshooting and escalate as needed.
Monitor SLAs and identify recurring issues for resolution.
Support hardware lifecycle tasks and admin for head office and restaurant environments.
Liaise with third‑party vendors for installation, repair, or removal; support restaurant openings.
Troubleshoot wireless networks, POS, KDS, payment platforms, printers, and video conferencing.
