The Talent Acquisition Advisor partners with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment, build effective sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role supports employer branding, analytics, and a smooth onboarding collaboration with HR.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or other relevant field of study.
  • 3-5 years’ experience recruiting in-company.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System and candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, interviewer preparedness, and effective interview structuring/formatting.
  • Create and support the establishment of the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop/execute sourcing and recruiting plans.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify position requirements and sourcing strategy.
  • Coach and lead hiring managers through recruitment best practices.
  • Coordinate relevant job postings on ATS and manage movement of candidates to appropriate status.
  • Identify best sourcing channels for different positions and skillsets.
  • Conduct screening interviews; validate skillset, fit, language; prepare shortlist briefs for hiring managers.
  • Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain all Talent Acquisitions systems and recruitment accounts.
  • Manage pre-employment process, including background verification and references.
  • Support Employer Branding initiatives and social media strategy for open positions.
  • Proactively source talent by leveraging appropriate platforms.
  • Develop and update recruiting reports and analytics.
  • Lead and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare offer details to include in letters and contracts.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partner for onboarding transition.

The Talent Acquisition Advisor act as a business partner to all hiring managers in the attraction and selection of top talent for the organization by identifying the best sourcing strategies and ensuring a good candidate experience.

More specifically, the Talent Acquisition Advisor must:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, interviewer preparedness, and effective interview structuring/formatting
  • Create and support the establishment of the talent acquisition strategy
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop/execute sourcing and recruiting plans
  • Work with hiring managers to identify position requirements and sourcing strategy

IDEAL PROFILE
Education
  • University degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or other relevant field of study
Experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience recruiting in-company
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System and candidate sourcing
Knowledge and skills
  • Bilingual in French and English and, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative strategies and approaches for recruiting and identifying exceptional talent
  • As a key member of the HR team, must have a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge of good clinical practices, and applicable Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines.

Work Location

The successful candidate for this position has the option to work remotely anywhere in Canada, or from our headquarters in Montreal (in accordance with company policies and public health directives).

  • Créer et soutenir la mise en place de la stratégie d’acquisition de talents
  • Développer des relations étroites avec les gestionnaires afin de comprendre les besoins en matière de recrutement et d’élaborer/exécuter des plans de recherche et de recrutement.
  • Travailler avec les gestionnaires pour identifier les exigences du poste et la stratégie de recherche de candidats.
  • Accompagner et guider les gestionnaires dans l’application des meilleures pratiques en matière de recrutement
  • Coordonner les offres d’emploi pertinentes dans le système de suivi des candidats et gérer le passage des candidats au statut approprié.
  • Identifier les meilleurs canaux de recrutement pour les différents postes et compétences au sein de l’organisation
  • Mener des entrevues de sélection ; valider les compétences, le poste et la culture, la langue ; préparer une liste réduite pour les gestionnaires.
  • Servir de point de contact pour les candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Assurer la maintenance de l’ensemble des systèmes d’application et des comptes de recrutement du service « Acquisition de talents » ;
  • Gérer le processus de pré-embauche, y compris la vérification des antécédents et des références.
  • Soutenir les initiatives de promotion de la marque employeur.
  • Mettre en place une stratégie de médias sociaux pour promouvoir tous les postes à pourvoir.
  • Rechercher de manière proactive des talents en utilisant la plateforme appropriée
  • Élaborer et mettre à jour des rapports et des analyses sur le recrutement
  • Diriger et participer à des projets et initiatives d’acquisition de talents
  • Préparer les détails de l’offre à inclure dans les lettres d’offre et le contrat de travail
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le partenaire RH pour assurer une transition en douceur vers le processus d’intégration.
Éducation
  • Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, en administration, en psychologie ou dans un autre domaine d’études pertinent.
Expérience
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le recrutement en entreprise
  • Expérience du système de suivi des candidatures et de la recherche de candidats.
Aptitudes et connaissances
  • Bilingue en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Bonne connaissance de MS Office (Excel, Word et Outlook)
  • Capacité démontrée à développer des stratégies et des approches créatives pour recruter et identifier des talents exceptionnels.
  • En tant que membre clé de l’équipe RH, vous devez faire preuve d’un haut degré de confidentialité, de professionnalisme et de diplomatie.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et dynamique.
  • Bonne connaissance des bonnes pratiques cliniques et des règlements / lignes directrices applicables de Santé Canada et de la Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
