Job summary

Vosyn seeks a motivated Social Impact Manager Intern to help design and implement strategies maximizing positive social impact and advancing UN SDGs. You will collaborate with senior management on community initiatives and sustainability projects in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

The internship offers hands‑on experience, mentorship, and exposure to a growing global organization preparing for IPO. This role emphasizes inclusivity, partnerships, and data‑driven impact measurement.

Qualifications

• Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
• Experience in social impact strategy development, community engagement, CSR, or related fields.
• Understanding of UN SDGs, ESG standards (GRI, SASB), and related metrics.
• Ability to conduct social impact assessments and design, monitor and evaluate data-driven initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build partnerships.
• Experience working with diverse communities.
• Strong leadership, creative problem-solving, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategy development aligning with the mission and UN SDGs.
• Impact assessments to measure social outcomes of Vosyn’s projects.
• Design and implement community engagement programs and inclusive initiatives.
• Build partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and community groups.
• Develop detailed reports communicating Vosyn’s progress toward the SDGs.
• Stay informed on sustainability trends and best practices.
• Lead and mentor teams within the Social Impact and UN SDGs Pod.
