Arctiq is hiring multiple SOC Analysts at the Tier 1 and Tier 2 levels to staff Day, Swing, and Night shifts. You will monitor detections, triage alerts, lead investigations, and execute response playbooks for a diverse client portfolio.

This role is remote across North America with preference for near hub locations; you will work in a 24x7 rotation including on-call escalations. Strong security fundamentals and hands-on SIEM/EDR experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in an IT security role or IT support role with security responsibilities.
• Strong foundation in TCP/IP, Windows/Linux basics, AD/Entra ID, cloud basics (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with SIEM and EDR/XDR platforms; ability to modify queries (KQL, SPL).
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a diverse team environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and triage alerts across SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity, email, network, and cloud telemetry.
• Investigate suspicious activity end-to-end using MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Execute response playbooks to contain threats and coordinate with clients and engineering teams.
• Maintain audit-grade documentation for cases and client communications.
• Meet SLAs for triage, investigation, and notifications with high accuracy.
