Job summary
A prominent mental health organization is hiring a Service and Implementation Coordinator. This remote role involves supporting clinicians, ensuring program policies are followed, and engaging stakeholders for program success. Candidates must be bilingual in French and English, with a degree in a mental health field and significant experience in child and youth mental health. The position requires flexibility for evening and weekend work, contributing to meaningful mental health services across communities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in child and youth mental health.
- Experience with brief / walk-in counselling services.
- Trained in an evidence-based model of therapy.
- Experience working with youth and diverse communities.
- Certification in Quality Improvement or Project Management is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clinicians adhere to program policies and workflows.
- Support onboarding of new clinicians and ensure readiness for platform use.
- Collaborate with the OST / PM Manager to review and meet program needs.
- Maintain effective stakeholder engagement to support program success.
- Prepare materials for Ministry requests, including funding requests.
