Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Specialist to own search for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead the technical roadmap, content prioritization, and the ranking story when clients ask what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will manage technical SEO tasks, keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities with writers and AI collaborators, while reporting in GA4 and Search Console to guide quarterly roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes performed personally.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Define the technical roadmap and content priorities.
• Provide reporting in GA4 and Search Console for each client.
• Coordinate with writers and AI for drafts and updates.
• Drive ranking improvements and visibility in AI-enabled search.
