Job summary

Align HCM seeks a senior UKG Pro WFM consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and UTA migrations from requirements gathering through go-live and post-go-live support. You will act as a trusted advisor, mentoring junior staff and driving solutions with best practices in client relationships and consulting excellence.

The role requires deep UKG WFM/UTA configuration knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work across global client teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing Time & Attendance and Workforce Management solutions.
• At least 5 years of hands-on UKG Pro WFM and/or UKG UTA experience.
• Strong ability to lead a project from kickoff to go-live with minimal supervision.
• Proven trusted advisor with professional consulting and client management skills.
• Active UKG Pro WFM certification or commitment to achieve certification during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through end-to-end UKG Pro WFM projects and migrations.
• Serve as a senior advisor and model best practices in consulting.
• Configure and validate WFM and UTA rules, pay code mappings, and data integrations.
• Lead client-facing meetings and workshops to drive decisions.
• Mentor junior consultants to grow product knowledge and delivery quality.
• Create and maintain requirements and design documents, data maps, and test plans.
• Manage multiple engagements, forecast hours, and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide best-practice recommendations for configuration and change management.
