Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a full stack developer with a proven track record of leading significant technical frontend projects.
• Deep proficiency with React and the frontend ecosystem.
• Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining a design system or component library.
• Strong proficiency with backend technologies like Node.js, Java, and Go / Golang.
• Expertise in document-based and relational databases including schema design and query optimization.
• Extensive experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Deep knowledge of cloud services and cost optimization best practices.
• Proven experience with agile development methodologies and leading technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale features across multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain critical web applications using React.
• Drive the creation and adoption of the company-wide design system.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps.
• Act as a technical expert and mentor for multiple teams providing guidance.
• Integrate web applications with third-party services and APIs.
