StackAdapt is seeking a Senior/Staff Applied Machine Learning Scientist to join our engineering team as we expand our data science efforts. The role involves leading advanced ML algorithms to improve advertising ROI and working with ML engineers to deploy production-grade models.

You will prototype, test, and iterate on data pipelines using historical data, driving improvements based on insights. This is a remote-friendly role open to US or Canada-based candidates.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field, with dual degrees a plus.
• Ability to take an ambiguously defined task and break it into actionable steps.
• Comprehensive understanding of statistics, optimization and machine learning.
• Proficient in coding, data structures, and algorithms.
• Enjoy working in a friendly, collaborative environment with others.

• Lead the creation and optimization of advanced machine learning algorithms to enhance advertising effectiveness and ROI using deep ML expertise.
• Own end-to-end development of production-grade ML models: write scalable code and deploy algorithms into live systems.
• Prototype and rigorously test innovative algorithms and data pipelines using historical data to validate performance and scalability; lead iterative improvements.
