Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative strategy.
  • Proven ability to analyze creative performance data.
  • Strong experience writing and managing creative briefs.
  • Skilled in UGC and direct response ad formats.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creative testing roadmap for Paid Social.
  • Write detailed creative briefs for creatives.
  • Conduct competitor research using TikTok/Meta Ad Libraries.
  • Partner with media buyers to align creative testing.

Skills

5+ years in performance-driven creative strategy
Experience in Meta & TikTok advertising
Ability to analyze creative performance data
Writing and managing creative briefs
UGC and direct response ad formats expertise
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager
Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization
Hands-on experience in meta campaign management
Skills with Adobe Premiere or similar
Experience using AI-driven creative tools
