Job summary

ZoomInfo is hiring a senior platform engineer to design, build, and operate the self-hosted GitHub Actions runner fleet on GKE, while owning the ArgoCD topology and CI/CD delivery patterns.

You will manage Helm charts, Jenkins environment, and reusable workflows, driving migration from Jenkins and partnering on shared developer tooling with a distributed team. This role emphasizes reliability, observability, and on-call discipline.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Jenkins administration, Groovy shared libraries, and Docker-based agents.
• Proficient in GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, and self-hosted runners.
• Strong Kubernetes (GKE) administration with cloud experience in GCP/AWS.
• Hands-on with ArgoCD, Helm, and Argo Events; IaC with Terraform.
• Datadog observability, dashboards, and incident response tooling.
• Experience with PagerDuty on-call processes and post-incident reviews.
• Artifact management with JFrog Artifactory and GCP Artifact Registry.
• Go, Python, or Node.js production code experience; AI tooling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the self-hosted GitHub Actions runner fleet on GKE with autoscaling and cleanup.
• Own ArgoCD topology, ApplicationSets, and event-driven delivery patterns.
• Maintain Helm charts and ApplicationSet patterns for Kubernetes workloads.
• Manage Jenkins environment including libraries, plugins, and platform reliability.
• Build reusable GitHub Actions workflows and migrate from Jenkins.
• Lead complex platform projects from design through long-term maintenance.
• Ensure end-to-end pipeline observability with Datadog and incident response with PagerDuty.
• Collaborate with distributed teams across time zones to deliver golden paths and tooling.
