Job summary

Grafana Labs is hiring experienced software engineers to join our remote‑first team building the Grafana Enterprise and Grafana Cloud platforms. You will work on distributed backend services in Go, with a focus on correctness, observability, and performance at scale.

You will engage with large operators, cloud providers, and software delivery stacks, while contributing to open source communities. Our team operates globally, with an annual leave policy of 30 days and Grafana Shutdown Days.

Qualifications

• Strong distributed systems fundamentals for large-scale operators.

Responsibilities

• Designing and leading the development of backend services, distributed systems, and enterprise features at scale.
• Owning the operational health of the Grafana platform through on-call rotations.
• Collaborating with Product and UX to shape features and ship end-to-end solutions.
• Engaging directly with enterprise customers and cloud service providers to understand requirements.
