Job summary

Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a full-time Senior Sales Manager to be the right hand to our VP of Revenue & Growth. You will take direct ownership of our affiliate program, and every external referral relationship it depends on the deal terms, payouts, and partner conversations that determine value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tooling.
• Solid experience in affiliate, partner, or performance-marketing management with direct ownership of terms.
• Track record of negotiating and closing partner or affiliate agreements.
• People management experience, including distributed/offshore teams.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgement with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the affiliate program end-to-end: structure, partner mix, commissions, payouts, cross-sell terms.
• Act as the relationship owner for revenue partners, negotiating terms and reviewing performance.
• Improve traffic quality: optimize conversion and payout per acquisition, prioritize high-quality partners.
• Build and own a real business development pipeline and close deals with limited escalations.
• Scale programs through partner management and new business initiatives across regions.
• Manage account managers and channel operators across multiple regions and time zones.
