Job summary

A technology consulting firm is seeking a Security Data Engineer to assist a government client with security assessments involving cloud technologies. The role requires a valid Government of Canada security clearance and a minimum of 10 years of related experience. Responsibilities include developing security plans and demonstrating compliance with security standards. This is a fully remote contract through July 2024 with possible extensions.

Qualifications

• 10 years of IM / IT experience in a related area.
• Experience with cloud platform technologies, specifically Azure and AWS.
• Ability to review and analyze cloud data processes and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support government clients with ground to cloud security assessments.
• Develop Security Requirements Traceability (SRTM) responses.
• Demonstrate compliance with Security standards.
