Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Suite and Windows data entry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Handle downgrades or disconnect requests using negotiation and sales skills.
• Resolve customer issues while highlighting Cogeco benefits over competitors.
• Call outbound customer lists to maximize retention and sales opportunities.
• Provide outstanding service and customer focus to retain and acquire customers.
• Respond to inbound inquiries with customized solutions and meet KPI targets.
• Maintain professional conduct and adapt to evolving customer needs.
