Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking an experienced Radiologist to help train AI models by evaluating how frontier models interpret medical images, with reads, impressions and rationale shaping future versions.

Open to radiologists and imaging technologists; you will review de-identified studies, write structured reports, give clear impressions, compare interpretations, and pinpoint gaps in model-generated reports. Compensation up to $125+/hr; annual earnings often $100k–$200k, with flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• Residency-trained or board-certified radiologist, or credentialed/licensed imaging technologist.
• Hands-on experience performing or interpreting studies.
• Clear, well-organized writing, and the ability to explain why a report is wrong, not just that it is.
• Detail-oriented and able to log discrepancies in model-generated reports.

Responsibilities

• Review de-identified studies alongside clinical context.
• Write comprehensive, structured reports documenting all findings.
• Give clear impressions and recommend next steps.
• Compare two independent interpretations and log discrepancies.
• Identify what model reports miss, misstated, or incomplete.
