A global public safety solutions company is seeking a customer-centric Deployment Engineer to manage technical processes during deployments. Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• 4+ years’ experience in Information Technology.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks with USA and Canada public safety agencies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to implement technical data interfaces.
• Build and maintain data pipelines against REST and SOAP APIs.
• Integrate with both on-premises and cloud-based database systems.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in a customer-facing technical role

Proficiency using PowerShell or another scripting language

Proficiency writing complex SQL queries

A desire to help public safety agencies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
