Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years administrative or related experience.
- Enjoys administrative work and has an interest in engineering or project management.
- Work permits will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Assist and collaborate with project teams for support tasks.
- Coordinate office couriers on a timely basis.
- Attend project meetings and take minutes.
- Assist PMs with project tracking and maintenance of client contact information.
- Prepare meeting agendas and distribute minutes.
