Job summary

Online Consumer Panels America is seeking Product Testers to work from home nationwide in the US. Earn 15-25 hours per week at $25–$45 per hour for In-Home Usage Tests, with no prior experience required.

You are paid weekly by direct deposit or cheque and tests may involve documenting feedback, photos or videos as part of the project. There is no payment to apply; participation is free and testers remain independent contractors.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow specific instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit.
• Be able to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine.
• Have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.
• Have access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures.
• Be honest and reliable.
• Good communication skills are an asset.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.).
• Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly.
• Read and follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project (unpacking, instructions, journal entries, feedback, etc.).
• Some tests may require using MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology to capture insights.
• There may be private chats about the product in a market research firm’s room.
• Write reviews as requested for each project.
