Job summary

Mercor is hiring expert Evaluators in Process improvement / SOPs to review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy and domain quality. You will apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs.

This is a remote, hourly engagement requiring 5+ years in the field, native or professional English, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Process improvement / SOPs.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, esp. Slides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback.
