Job summary

CanWest Air is seeking Experienced Primary Care Paramedics (PCP) to join our air medical operations as Flight Paramedics. You will provide patient care within PCP scope and Alberta MCPs, and deliver emergency and interfacility transport across Alberta.

Join a team that works with Flight Crew, Communications and Medical oversight on a demanding aviation roster with 12-hour shifts and 7 on / 14 off rotation. We offer strong compensation, comprehensive benefits, travel coverage, and on-shift

Qualifications

• Active PCP registration with the Alberta College of Paramedics.
• Current AHSEMS MCPs compliant with protocols.
• Valid Class 4 Driver’s License required.
• Professional liability insurance of $5,000,000 minimum.
• Ability to work safely in a dynamic aviation environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within PCP scope and MCPs.

• Work collaboratively with Flight Crew, Communications, and Medical oversight

Required Qualifications
