As a tutor, you’ll leverage our AI-powered Tutor Copilot for real-time support, lesson generation, and engagement features, letting you focus on teaching results and student success.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, electricity and magnetism, optics and modern physics concepts.
• Ability to explain Gauss law, electromagnetic induction, wave optics and the photoelectric effect.
• Adaptive instruction using visual simulations and worked examples to support second-semester physics topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests when available.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments.
