Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy & Acquisition – Partner with purpose-led clients to lead end-to-end recruiting, workforce planning, and onboarding that attracts top talent.
- Employee Relations & Engagement – Provide strategic guidance on retention, development, and culture in dynamic, remote-first environments.
- Performance & Growth Coaching – Design and implement frameworks that drive accountability, learning, and career progression.
- Thought Leadership & Influence – Build your personal brand online through LinkedIn, webinars, and digital storytelling to expand your impact.
- Individual Change Consulting – Help clients align strategy with values, growth, and human-first performance principles.
- Learning & Development Advocacy – Champion confidence, mindset, and leadership tools that empower others to thrive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR, people, or organizational development experience (multi-state or international experience a plus).
- A proven record influencing senior leaders and aligning strategy to purpose and performance.
- Comfort with data and engagement insights to shape better outcomes.
- Strong digital communication skills - Zoom, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and CRM tools are your playground.
- A confident online presence (or the willingness to build one) with a genuine, authentic voice.
- Exceptional communication, self-leadership, and storytelling skills.
