Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Mortgage Solutions Advisor to enhance the customer portfolio through inbound and outbound mortgage inquiries. You will fulfill leads for purchases, refinances, ports, and early renewals, while building strong client and partner relationships.

This full-time role supports a hybrid work model with remote capabilities and on-site requirements as needed, under the Agent@Home program. Start date is November 30, 2026, with GPS incentive participation and competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential mortgage business and knowledge of market trends.
• Strong client-first approach and problem solving.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing products and processes.
• Digital savvy with comfort using new tools and platforms.
• Fluent in French and English to serve clients in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive mortgage sales support for inbound/outbound inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
• Collaborate with underwriters and partners to secure approvals and funding.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
