What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Make outgoing calls to connect with clients regarding mortgage pre-approval inquiries while managing incoming calls to address their questions
- Provide tailored solutions by understanding client needs and upselling mortgage products and personal lines of credit
- Utilize product knowledge to explain mortgage conditions and required documentation to clients
- Recommend improvements to business processes to enhance operational efficiency and collaborate with peers on client inquiries
- Take accountability for resolving client issues and ensuring a positive client experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Demonstrated experience in mortgages, preferably with mortgage underwriting experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate detailed information effectively
